Refund & Cancellation

14-day money back

If you upgrade to a paid plan and aren't happy, email us within 14 days of the charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies to the first purchase only, not to renewals.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel any time from Account → Subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free. Codes you've already created keep working.

Renewals

Renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel before the next renewal to avoid being charged again. We send a reminder email before annual renewals.

Pro-rated upgrades

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you're only charged the difference for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Exceptions

• Accounts terminated for violating the Terms are not eligible for refunds.
• Credit top-ups and add-ons (when available) are non-refundable once consumed.

How to request a refund

Email billing@kenqroo.com from the address on your account. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
