Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By creating an account or using KenQRoo (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. The Service

KenQRoo lets you design, host, and track QR codes. Static codes encode a URL directly; dynamic codes route through our redirect endpoint so you can edit the destination, schedule, and view scan analytics.

3. Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity on your account.
• One person or legal entity per account.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use KenQRoo to distribute malware, phishing pages, illegal content, adult content involving minors, content infringing third-party rights, or to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may pause or delete codes that violate this section without notice.

5. Plans, credits and billing

Free, Pro, Business and Agency plans include monthly credits used for creating QR codes and exporting SVG/PDF. Limits are listed on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

6. Content and ownership

You own the URLs, files, and brand assets you upload. You grant us a limited license to host and serve them as needed to provide the Service. We own the KenQRoo software, design system, and brand.

7. Dynamic links and uptime

We work hard to keep redirects fast and available, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. Don't use KenQRoo for safety-critical applications.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Account → Danger zone. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
